  2. FrSky X6R receiver for Taranis

    FrSky X6R receiver for Taranis

    £34.00

Original Fr-Sky X6R 6 channel receiver with telemetry and S-Bus.

We have a video showing how to get 16 channels from a single receiver with the taranis: http://youtu.be/AnDQGFhsHjs?list=UUQx4lLeXHIzZPBBDHC50O2w

  3. FrSky Taranis flashing service

    FrSky Taranis flashing service

    £12.00

This is a labour service to flash your FrSky Taranis radio and receiver with either EU, EU LBT or international firmware so it will bind/work with your X8R or X series receiver.
If you have a receiver with a 2015 sticker on the back of it then it probably has the EU firmware on it, if the sticker says LBT then it is EU LBT firmware on it. If there is no sticker then it probably has the international firmware on it.
You can also check by holding the rudder trim and aileron trim switches to the centre whilst powering on, if it says Bootloader with EU in the name then it is likely an EU firmware radio.

If you send us your radio then we will just flash it with the firmeare you select. If you send us your radio and receiver then we will flash both with the firmware you select.

It is best to have the EU LBT firmware as receivers purchased in the EU will have the EU LBT firmware on them now.

  4. FrSky Rx flashing service for X8R or other X series FrSky receivers

FrSky Rx flashing service for X8R or other X series FrSky receivers

    £10.00

This is a labour service to flash your FrSky X series receiver with either EU LBT or international firmware so it will bind/work with your Taranis radio.
If you have a Taranis radio with a 2015 sticker on the back of it then your radio probably has the EU firmware on it, if it has LBT sticker then it is an EU LBT receiver. If there is no sticker then it probably has the international firmware on it.
You can also check by holding the rudder trim and aileron trim switches to the centre whilst powering on, if it says Bootloader with EU in the name then it is likely and EU firmware radio.

The new receivers purchased in the EU will now have EU LBT firmware as standard so it is best to select EU LBT for future compatibility.

  5. DSMx 8 channel full range receiver SBUS version

DSMx 8 channel full range receiver SBUS version

    £27.00

DSMx 8 channel full range receiver for DSM2 or DSMx Spektrum and JR radio gear.

These are the full range receivers with 2 antennas for antenna diversity.

They have SBUS for Pixhawk flight controllers and 2 satellite ports.

  6. CPPM SBUS PWM convertor

    CPPM SBUS PWM convertor

    £12.00

This device will convert almost everything to everything.
SBUS input to CPPM and PWM output (for SBUS receivers on an APM whilst also providing PWM ports for your gimbal control)
PWM input to CPPM output (for reducing cabling when using a standard receiver with your APM)
Having SBUS to CPPM and PWM allows you to have channels for your APM whilst also providing standard PWM ports for plugging the tilt control of your gimbal for example.

  7. FrSky receiver or Taranis Tx module programming cable with FTDI adapter

FrSky receiver or Taranis Tx module programming cable with FTDI adapter

    £18.00

This is an FTDI adapter and programming cable for flashing the FrSky X series receivers or the internal module of the Taranis radio to get around the Bind issues people are having due to the difference between the EU firmware and international firmware.

If you have a pre 2015 Taranis and new a new receiver or a pre 2015 X series receiver (like the X8R) and a new Taranis then you will probably need to flash one of them to get them onto the same firmware.

See our video about doing this.

The FTDI adapter is not a standard one as the Tx & Rx lines have to have the signals inverted (not just swapping them) which involves re-programming the FTDI adapter, so I thought it would be easier to offer these kits to the public.

  8. Rx V Antenna mount

    Rx V Antenna mount

    £5.00

This is a great device to mount your receiver antenna leads so they get the best possible range.

When used with PCB antennas like the X8R reciever with the Taranis radio you can heatshrink the antennas to the tubes.

This holds the antennas at a perfect 90 degree split making a perfect V antenna. It also keeps the antenna away from carbon fibre and other interference.

These will increase your receiver range dramatically, giving you the maximum range from your radio gear.

The tubes are flexible so they won't snap, they will just flex but are plenty strong anough to prevent the antennas getting caught in the props.

  9. CPPM Encoder

    CPPM Encoder

    £9.00

8Ch CPPM Encoder to use normal PWM receivers with your Pixhawk. Learn More
  10. FrSky RSSI lead for digital to analogue signal conversion for APM

FrSky RSSI lead for digital to analogue signal conversion for APM

    £5.00

This is a lead to connect the RSSI signal output of the X8R receiver to your APM. It works great for the Arduplane firmware (set the RSSI voltage to 3.3V) but you will have to wait for the 3.2 Arducopter firmware for the option to set the RSSI voltage. Learn More
